You may return at your own cost most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus 15% re-stocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We also offer a 30-day exchange policy on all of our products as long as they are in 'new and unused' condition in the original packaging. You send the item back to us at your own cost and we send you the exchange. We ship all exchanges back to you for free. You can also exchange for a different product from what you ordered. If the exchange costs more we will contact you for the additional payment. No refunds if the cost of item you exchanging is less.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
In most cases we do not require an adult signature for deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order or contact us and let us know.
